  • Is Overseas Shipholding A Good Investment For Minority Shareholders? [View article]
Good analysis! I've been watching the entire dismay of OSG, watching it fall from $7 to low $1.04. Sad. But I'm actually waiting to make purchases of the shares in the case they do file Chap 11. It's #1 on my watch list currently.

  • Vringo Vs. Google: Judge Jackson Strikes And Limits Google's Expert Testimony [View article]
The thing I'm most excited about from the recent pre-trial is the denial of Google's motion to exclude entire market value of it's products. Not only does this raise the stakes tremendously, but it's kind of like, "are you sure you want to risk it all?" towards Google. If I were a shareholder of Google's and they lost this case, the damage is not yet determined. This in my opinion would be very irresponsible/negligent to proceed considering they may not have enough evidence to win the case (which to this point it seems to me as doubtful, but I could be wrong).

Steve, excellent coverage. whether VRNG wins the trial/settlement or not, you should receive significant acclaim for your coverage over the past few weeks. This recent article, if this doesn't send excitement, and blood pumping through the veins, then might wanna get that checked out.
