    Ok, the problem is, that $80,000.00 per average Shareholder is based PURELY on Income per Share. Now, how much that Shareholder makes on playing on stock prices? Millions. That should be taxed, of course. It's not about dividends, it's about hedge funds. Nobody cares about stupid dividends any more... However, your notion or Corporation is understandable and compelling. I can see how it leads to the idea that Corporate Taxes should be decreased. But along with that, it will be necessary to skyrocket taxation of corporative senior management as individuals then. Especially bonus packages. If one earns over 1 million a year, it shouldn't be a problem for that person to pay 60%-70% of that in taxes. Like in 1960-ies Britain.
