EBAY / Windsor Lawsuit Barrels Ahead

I just quit ebay last week because of their unfair feedback policy. After being a Powerseller for years with no negatives, I get my first negative on Feb. 13th from a buyer that I opened an Unpaid Item Dispute on. THE BUYER NEVER PAID AFTER 2 WEEKS! UN Friggin Believable! After ebay informing that the neg is going to stand, I told them I shut down my listings and moved over to etsy. I'm so sick of ebay's BS...
