It is a good article on restructuring the failed financial sytem. However, the proposal on how to control speculative trading on foreign exchange requres more thinking, since what a speculator may loose to incresed taxation when he short sells a currency, he can always more than recover from gains in some other non regulated market (such as a betting shop for example) where he takes a parallel position. Would appreciate an answer to this problem.
