I lost interest in this presentation when the author showed the 8 financial stocks and their purported "bearish crossovers between the 50 day and the 200 day moving averages.
I am afraid that the situation represented is in error.
The crossovers show are probably for 20 and 50 day moving averages...
The autjor states "We see major breakdowns on heavy volume, dead crosses between the 50 day and 200 day moving averages (Bearish sell signal given when the blue line crosses under the red line), and each trading below both moving averages. These 8 stocks represent the health of our financial system. The recent price movement suggests a trouble ahead."
We may have trouble ahead, but these charts do not support that conclusion as of today, March 17th.
