Can TRW Automotive Escape the Michigan Mess?

I have worked for TRW for over 11 years at the Fenton, Mich. Plant, and I will be suprised if they survive into 2010. The management has forsaken all requirements for quality to demanding quanity first.The need to put minorities into positions of management has undermined the long term potential for growth and development by giving promotions to those of little or no common sence. The Japaneese however, do not have this constraint on intelectual resources and that is why they build the best automobiles in the world.
