  • Bing's Banner Week: Plugs From Steve Jobs and Google [View article]
I can't figure out why appl share holders haven't created a class action law suite against Schmidt for violating his position on Apples board. (While he was a member Google was developing competing line of products.)

  • WPZ Up 70+% in 4 Months. What Now? (Or Lessons in Buying Right...) [View article]
I understand your reasons for selling WPZ. However, having recently purchased the pipelines for their dividend income I can see no reason for selling them even though summer time demand will drop off. Their just are not that many great dividend plays out there.

  • Why REIT ETFs Are Recovering [View article]
When you buy into a REIT ETF are you buying into what the ETF has invested ie. what they purchased at the higher REIT prices of the past not the lower prices that prevail today. Thus my assumption is that one would be better off buying individual REITS at their current low prices or a newly formed REIT ETF that is buying into the present market.

  • Artificial Life: A New Stock for Apple's App Store Dominance [View article]
After checking Apple's APP Store I found almost no visiibility for the applications produced by AL. I know this is an issue with divelopers in general. However, the China and BMW connection is impressive. BMW is one of the few car companies that provides OEM connection for IPhone.

  • Apple and Sirius XM Partnership: Combined Strengths Too Big to Ignore [View article]
There is a significant technical issue that makes an Apple / Sirius XM relationship unlikely. Apple IPod and I Phone usere would only be able to access the Sirius signal out of doors, and those divices would have to be equiped with some type of antenna. Communicating with a satilite reguires line of sight to the satilite. The 13 million IPods out there are simply not equiped to receive a satilite signal. If you have XM or Sirius now you have an antenna, its on you car or attached to the radio in your home.
