Chris....as I am unable to contact you in anyother way , I will do it this way. Let me start by saying that I am interested in your research. I find it very interesting and well thought out. My question: I looked at purchasing your research anf two things bothered me and will keep me from doing it. First, when I got to the end of the subscription phase it says $99.00 per year, automatically renewed. No-way! I want the option to renew not the fight to get my money back after it has been taken. Second: There is no way to contact you directly if there is a problem. Without these two things, I am sorry to turn the offer down, even when I really like your style and thoughts.
