Image / Nyx: The Soap Opera Continues

If Nyx is having trouble coming up with $200K, what makes investors, or the Board of Directors of Image Entertainment, think it will be able to come up with the millions required to close the deal? You failed to mention that those incompetent board members are the ones working on this deal, not Image Entertainment’s management, so let’s be fair to management because they have been doing a great job. If this deal fails to close, I hope to see those board members get fired. I’ve lost so much on my stock thanks to them.
