IPO Analysis: Genpact Offer Price Extremely High

good amount of info put together ... could you also add about the status of their contract bookings, oprating cashflow and the lag in revenue . i have heard that they have this concern especially on bookings within their China business. Also is there any insight on how their operating margins will pan out over the next 2 years ,, do they have any buffers/trigger clause on contracts (both up and down)??
