Limelight Darkens; Will Someone Want To Buy? [View article]
- gs bought 38% of llnw @ 3.6 usd a year back and have a lockout till dec 07 , stock options issued in past year ranged from 6.5 usd to 13 usd ... - 2 of their cofounders have been reprimanded/fined by sec earlier for "irregularities in other companies" - But these guys seem to be new to the business of "beat and raise culture ".. somthing which other high growth stocks do a better job at i.e. crm... maybe they will learn now..seeing all their options washed out... - the bottom is around 7 usd for llnw , given a 3.5 ev/sales support - they have been conservativ on 3Q and 4Q ; giving them enough space to beat and raise - the only caveat seems to be margins ... but if they beat the topline handsomely ; they will probably be forgiven in the land of the crazy ( look at erts .. who never seem to make money consistently... but have all the analyst supporting it with their buys) - id i miss anything else???
