I have owned M-Reits since 2001. I have seen great appreciation and have benefited from great dividends. Unfortunately, I also had large positions during the 2007 sub prime disaster. With that in mind, I am looking to stay with my M-Reit positions, but have some security in place.
Stop losses are one way, but I have seen too many times where you get stopped out on a Monday and by Wednesday, the share price is back to where it was before a fall out.
