    NY is the land of taxes. Not only does NY collect taxes on online purchases if the seller has an 'affiliate' in the state, they also ask for an amount on your income tax to cover online purchases! Heaven forbid if you leave the amount blank on your tax form!

    I enjoy your daily Alpha Alerts email. However, some of the titles have escaped characters that display as garbage. For example: "Reverse Convertibles and =E2=80=9CEIPs=E2=80=9D =E2=80=93 Here=E2=80=99=
    s The Point by Marc Gerstein". I use Outlook Express, XP SP2, and Firefox. Any suggestions?
