Francisco is the Managing Director and a founding member of Martin Asset Management LLC. Prior to starting Martin Asset Management, Francisco was a Managing Director and Co-Founder at MAM Wealth Management in Los Angeles where in 2003 he founded the Private Client Service's investment advisory business for high net worth individuals and families in Southern California.

Francisco originally started his Private Banking career at Union Bank of Switzerland in Zurich and later joined Bank Julius Baer’s Private Bank in San Francisco, where he was responsible to construct hedging strategies for single stock positions. By 2000, Francisco became Vice President of Bank Julius Baer & Co. Ltd. and was in charge of Private Client Services for the States of California, Nevada andArizona. In 2001 he was appointed Head Entertainment Division North America, responsible for high net worth clients within that sector.

Francisco currently serves on the Board of Directors of Azure Group INC and Azure Wealth Management LLC in Los Angeles. In the past he has served on the boards of Century City Chamber of Commerce and the Swiss American Chamber of Commerce. He has also served on the board of Organization Latinos Unidos, a charitable organization empowering the Latin Community in the United States.

Francisco received a degree in Economics from the Hoehere Wirtschafts- und Verwaltungsschule, Basel (Switzerland) and is fluent in English, German, Italian, French, Swiss-German and Spanish.
