  • Tesla Is Out Of Control [View article]
Thanks for the update and the article, I think all shareholders are concerned about valuation against actual revenue......even future revenue......! As long as the company keeps doing what it say's it will and has the ability to deliver, there's every reason to go long...!

  • Berkshire: Has Buffett Lost His Touch? [View article]
I'd prefer to see out this year with the stock, if Buffet said it should have been spread over a six year cycle it means he expects to beat the S&P over six years and therefore this year will be an improved year over the last 5.....! He never was one to worry about time now was he....?

  • Galaxy S5 Sets The Bar Low For Apple's Upcoming iPhone [View article]

  • Why A Profitable $35,000 Tesla Model E Is A Pipe Dream [View article]
Nice try and keep it coming we always need contrary opinions, but you don't have a strong enough argument for suggesting that the car cannot be mad cheaper than $35k by basing it on the current costs for the model S which is a premium example....! I'd be saving $4k a year on fuel and possibly more on oil and servicing etc.....which is considerable, if the car depreciates less than an ICE model I'm still on the up side.....obviously this is different if you're looking at "short" term goals ....!

  • Tesla's Optimistic Guidance Cheers Market [View article]
If Tesla were to sell their model S for the same price as a Ferrari and they accelerate as fast as one.....then Tesla would be huge on profit......! Elon Musk is showing that it is not just about profit, as did Henry Ford......!

  • Samsung Is Building An Army To Fight Apple [View article]
Firstly, do you know any good legal firms relating to patents that you can buy shares in ? Secondly, Samsung sell Vacuum cleaners, dishwashers, washing machines, fridges, stereos, TV's, DVD players, Soundbars, cameras and an assortment of other electronic goods. They want to corner the market in every electronic good that there is, a bit like Google wanting to corner the market in information, should this be allowed.....? Competition is good, but Samsung never made a smartphone before Apple made theirs......who is copying who here.....! Samsung have already put Sony out of the market by copying their goods too, as well as JVC and others...... and in a relatively short timescale......Samsung and Google are the all encompassing "android" replicators feeding off of everyone else's ideas......!

  • New Models From Honda And Audi Will Consign Tesla And Its Superchargers To A Smaller Niche [View article]
We all know you are short Tesla, but this is no place to so blatantly look for support, Audi and Honda are not in the same league with electric cars and the future innovations, also you need to change your name, your arguments are somewhat lacking in logic...!

  • Apple: Don't Panic, This Is An Opportunity [View article]
You also failed to mention that Apple stopped giving conservative estimates a couple of years ago, to counter the criticism, they give as accurate estimates as possible. It seems that these analysts are still adding their own margin of correction upwards, so how can the company ever expect to give numbers that won't disappoint....? The press then print anything that grabs a headline, job done for the short shorts...........maybe they lowered their sales outlook for the next quarter to counter this adverts effect. Well done to the shorts for a while.....!

  • Apple: Soon A Member Of The $1,000 Club? [View article]
How many other tech companies make this amount of revenue on this amount of turnover, shorts were always going to focus on "analysts" views and play the company in the same way as last year, let the short leeches have their time for the moment....!

  • Apple urges shareholders vote against Icahn buyback proposal [View news story]
Apple are not about to tell you what they are going to do with the money, unless you think it's a good idea to give Samsung/Google an even bigger head start on future products than they can get from their current industrial espionage techniques.....!
Icahn needs to get as much return on his investment for his own shareholders by being a glorified gambler, Apple is one of his biggest bets for a short term return because he doesn't have the ability to run a company that actually produces things from ideas and innovation.
I'd prefer the Buffet approach as they will still be around in 10 years time, while Icahn's team will be sitting on a beach somewhere living off the proceeds of their investors commission....!
