Do you think that the Pennsylvania Insurance Department knows that Lincoln has not paid Robert Plan the fees it contractually owes Robert Plan for the business it has "marketed" for Lincoln?

Lincoln has not paid the fees due Robert Plan for 2007 or 2008.

It would be relevant that - if in fact Lincoln paid the fees it owes Robert Plan for their marketing work, it would result in a decrease to Lincoln's capital - further impairing their RBC.

Have any of the analysts reviewed the Robert Plan bankruptcy as it relates to the failure of Lincoln General to pay Robert Plan the fees it owe?
