Rail Executable Solutions I am fortunate to have a very full and active life. My goal has always been to develop a business that would support my lifestyle. When the opportunity presented itself, I made the move and started Rail Executable Solutions, a professional freight rail consulting company. My Business Plan is a simple one; apply my extensive rail experience to improve profitability for rail-centric companies of all sizes. I accomplish this by providing strategic and investment planning, operations improvement, business development and contract expertise
I grew up with trains, both my Father and Grandfather retired as locomotive engineers. As a third generation railroader, I naturally gravitated to the rail industry, working on track gangs to pay for college, graduating with a BA in Economics. I also worked as a switchman / brakeman to gain field experience. Throughout my career, I have had increasing responsibilities across many facets of the rail industry. Some of my responsibilities have included field operations, service design, operations support, network planning and analysis, AVP coal planning and director interline and shortline development. I have regularly been tasked with business development and contract negotiations, regardless of my role at the time. I can envision the larger concept and bring the deal to fruition with all parties satisfied with the outcome.
