Thank god it's over, Ackman ends up the loser again. Maybe now, the craziness about Target selling its Real Estate will end. Hey, with Ackman losing so much money last year, I bet he's selling his houses to get some cash and will rent them back ??

Wow, my only thought is this author must use Sullivan as a pen name and is really Ackman ! If anyone wants to get a clear idea of what is really happening and really at stake, read Targets letters to shareholders sent out today. Ackman wants one thing, quick cash to cover his massive losses. Anyone that thinks selling your real estate and renting it back is a good idea, obviously is hoping for some quick cash, and long term destruction. A person like Ackman is good to be on the outside always challenging Target perhaps to keep them on their toes, but to have him and his selections on the Target board would be a disaster.

Wow, the author of this article is obviously clueless to what is going on. Ackman wants as much $ to make up for his errors as possible, that's no secret or even rocket science. Target is interested in long term growth and stability. Sell all their real estate and rent it back - always the sign of a company going down, not a strong healthy company. If anyone is short sighted and interested only in a quick buck, that would be Mr. Ackman. If he is so unhappy, bail out and suck the life out of some another ??? I am surprised at the author for not getting it.
