Insiders Forum will be strictly focused on small and mid-cap stocks that insiders are buying. The Insiders Forum will consist of my 15 top small and mid-sized stocks in different sectors of the market that are not only are attractively valued but have had some significant insider purchases in recent months.
We will build out an optimized 15 stock portfolio one stock at a time and track performance using a hypothetical $150,000 portfolio. Deep and exclusive analysis will be provided on all new additions to the portfolio. Our goal will be to outperform the Russell 2000 over time and the Insiders Forum's portfolio will be benchmarked against.

Stock investors are always asking what is the catalyst for value to be realized? I originally thought like this which lead me to take too much risk. I now focus on being patient, controlling risk, and minimizing permanent capital losses. These steps have lead to significantly better returns. Even when there is no clear catalyst, an undervalued stock is eventually its own catalyst.
I think the benefits of communicating on Seeking Alpha are enormous. Many times I have a strong financial view of a company but do not understand the specific industry or industry competitive dynamics. I can often interact and read insightful comments from engineers, scientists, and technology experts. These experts offer great free advice and I try to add value in my specific areas of expertise. One area that I have been specifically helped is the energy sector.
While some investors are very negative of people who short, I view shorting stocks and posting factual information as noble. The focus of course is on truthfulness and accuracy of this information. Anyone who is posting rumors, lies, or other unscrupulous behavior (long or short) to manipulate a stock should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
I graduated from the University of Arizona in 2002 with a BS in Finance. From 2002-2006 I worked in the Wealth Management Group at Bank of America. I left Bank of America to manage family/friend money in long/short equity strategies. I also helped start-up two internet retail businesses.

Managing Director, Boslego Risk Services
I founded Boslego Risk Services and became a recognized expert in the area of energy price risk management (hedging), providing oil and natural gas hedging strategies to major oil companies such as Exxon, Shell, Mobil, Chevron, Texaco and Phillips; to the national oil companies of Norway, Venezuela, Mexico, Canada, France and Italy; to major users of energy products, such as Delta Airlines, United Airlines, Burlington-Northern Railroad, and Canadian Pacific Railway; to major trading firms, such as Enron, Phibro, Sempra and Vitol; and to large hedge funds (confidential).
As the recognized expert in energy hedging, I was selected by the former president, John Treat, of the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX) to write the chapter on hedging in his book, Energy Futures.
I expanded my risk analysis and hedging services beyond the energy markets to financial markets. Given the failure of traditional portfolio diversification to limit losses to levels tolerable to most investors in 2008/09, I created investment strategies utilizing risk management techniques for hedge funds and financial firms.

I am especially interested in small/microcap stocks. Not only are they more capable of generating massive returns, but they provide the individual investor with a more level playing field than many larger cap companies.
