  • Palo Alto Networks (PANW) prices its 6.2M-share IPO at $42, above a prior range of $38-$40. The price translates into a valuation of $2.8B. Palo Alto, a leading vendor of next-generation firewalls, posted sales of $179.5M (+129% Y/Y) in the 9 months ending April 30, and net income of $5.4M.     Do I have to hold the PANW shares for a few days or can i buy and sell the same day? I am kinda new at all this.
