    1 You need to learn how to speak in English and spell correctly (or at least use Spell Check).

    2 When you state the law, you should at least know it well enough to know that your statement is correct.

    3 The actual UNESCO law states under Article 1:

    "8. “State vessels and aircraft” means warships, and other vessels or aircraft that were owned or operated by a State and used, at the time of sinking, only for government non-commercial purposes, that are identified as such and that meet the definition of underwater cultural heritage."

    Did you notice that it says these ships or planes MUST be used, at the time of sinking, ONLY for NON-commercial purposes. Therefore, the discovery does not fall under UNESCO law. This means that the discovery falls under Salvage Law, allowing Odyssey to collect 90% of the value of the coins. The other 10% goes to the cargo owners descendants. Spain receives 0% of the discovery's value.
