I am a normal guy -- not a stockbroker, investment banker, or a financial wunderkind. I am invested in the market, and have had good periods and some stinky ones (incuding the last 12 months:-))

Would like to see a more nuanced, principled, and analytical approach to a market economy. I tend to lean towards a more laissez faire/libertarian philosophy -- but do believe in a safety net, and a fair burden for all.

Above all -- the world is goofy -- so chill!
