Nikkei Quietly Rallying - Expect a Repeat of '05?

Steven's got several good points. Regarding the comment about the impact of the weak yen, I wanted to clarify that whether or not it is good or bad really depends on what you're trying to accomplish. Assuming the Nikkei is waking up as Steven suggests, a purchaser of EWJ would probably want a weak yen/strong dollar.
