    Can you explained to me how the patents which were confirmed by the jury of the court as theirs, which Google were and is infringing is not theirs? Granted the appeal process has to play out, but I am confused to how you came to this conclusion that the patents are not theirs.

    Steve, thanks for the great write ups on VRNG. Being a newbie to buyouts of company, how would this work out if Google ends up buying Vringo. Do we get Google shares or do we get cashed out?
