U-Haul Skidding Out of Control?

Do a search for Uhaul and you will undoubtedly find scores of listings about all the negativity towards them and bad experiences. I think this will only add to the companies declining business (where there is competition to choose from that is.) Furthermore, there are competitors (besides Budget, etc.) that I believe are taking business away, most notably the pods moving and storage companies such as Door to Door - www.doortodoor.com. Last time my wife and I moved we used this service and although I was very hesitant at first, found the experience so much better than having to find a rental truck, driving to get it, pack it, unload it, drop it off again, drive back home... As folks realize their time has value, companies like Door to Door will (and most likely are) flourish.
