Sounds like it's time to start buying shares again as the market always discounts earning trends by 6 months or more, and historically semiconductors begin to take leadership even prior to the overall market upturns. 2003 is a good example to reference. Hey, let's face it! This is the most overreacted emotionally driven bear market in history - a self-fulfilling prophecy indeed, which means, the upturn will likely be the same. For how much cash is sitting on the sidelines now? Last quote I heard is over $7 trillion. This is obviously unprecedented in history by a long shot.... Need I say more?
