I did own some AGEN a month ago but decided to sell it off until the company got European approval (CE Mark). Today AGEN got pummeled down 42% and I am happy I decided to wait for European approval before investing any money. If you are careful you can buy biotech or medical stocks that already have approval of their drugs but have not started to get significant sales yet - ACCP with MuGard's global approval comes to mind as a cheap stock (under 100m capitalization) with great potential that already has won approval for its drug. There are many other cheap already approved biotechs and medical stocks out there - look for these sure thing stocks over the usual -40% failed approval stocks.

Consider adding some ONTY to your long list. ONTY's got Merck doing several studies on Stimuvax. FDA has granted fast track approval for the drug Stimuvax. The Senate is considering a bill to make the drug available to everyone in dire need. So we are just waiting on Merck to file the paperwork for a NDA. ONTY has been selling off nicely because there has not been any news lately so it might be a good time to pick up a few shares under $5.00 a share IMO.

Celsius Holdings Seeing Increased Distribution Demand

I got another possible gem for you to take a look at. Look up GTHP - Guided Therapeutics. Guided has a unique patented light wand (LightTorch) that detects cervical cancer - a leading cause of cancer for women. The light wand will compete with Pap Smear - 81% of women prefer the light wand to the Pap Smear. The LightTorch as it is called if 40% more effective at detecting cancer then the Pap Smear. The company just recieved a $2.5 million dollar grant from the National Cancer Institute that will provide ample funds until FDA approval is achieved. They will submit trial results of 1900 women in their FDA application. The company also has given a Japanese company the rights to look for other possible uses for the LightTorch cancer detection system - possible lung cancer or Colon Cancers might work.

Cel-Sci May Be in for a Bumpy Ride This Week

Take a look at NPHC. In a weeks time they are going to have their new painkiller made from Cobra snake venom on the shelves of pharmacies in the USA. They are getting approval for their drug in Canada and Europe. Their drug is non-addictive, safe to take, as strong as morphine and it lasts hours longer then a dose of morphine. Access Pharma's Prospects Look Good Even Without a Buyout

The market cap on ACCESS is worth about $80 million because they have alot of outstanding warrants. I own alot of ACCP since I see MuGard and a potential billion dollar drug. MuGard has been approved in US, Europe and Asia. ACCP second drug Prolindac is in stage II combination trials with other cancer drugs.

Stock Watch: CSUH.OB, MHTX.OB, BIEL.PK, SPHRY.PK

Take a look at IVOB. They have a new invitro fertilization device thats been approved in Europe, India and South America. They are going for approval in the USA market. The device cuts the cost of invitro in half. The market cap is below $20 million so it has a great upside potential.

I have made some nice trades with your picks. Check out ETRM as a possible trade. They have a medical device that makes the body thinks its full all the time by sending electric impulses to a nerve in the intestines. Its much safer then gastric bypass surgeries and some patients have lost 40% body weight. They are doing stage III trials now and should have results before Christmas. They expect to start selling this divice by early 2011.

Investors Show Confidence in Cancer Immunotherapy Stocks

I'm up 100% on ONTY in only a few weeks. I think Merck will have to buy them out soon. If they are willing to spend $100 million on a new stage III trial for breast cancer and have great faith in the lung cancer trails they are running - why not spend $200 million or so to buy out ONTY and keep all the revenues from the cancer vaccine.

BIEL has 720 million shares of stock outstanding according to Mike Havrulla's recent review in an article. This means their net worth is closer to $20 million to my calculations not the $5 million yahoo.finance has down. Yahoo.finance and other brokerage reports have the net worth wrong. So ya the stock may double but not be a 10 bagger. I recently bought and sold some BIEL so I have a feel for it - the volumn is quite high.

I have a position in BPAX. With the recent launch of Elestrin they might recieve a possible $144 million milestone payment and 10-20% of profits. The potential market for Elestrin is estimated at $1.4 billion. The market cap of the company is only $65 million and they should start getting royalties from Elestrin soon. The company will suddenly be profitable and have another great potential drug in Libgel in a year or two. Libgel study of women with AIDS showed that these hormones in low doses can increase muscle mass and higher bone density. In my opinion BPAX is a buy.
