We will know in a week whether the collaterised loan will be paid.
    I doubt it myself.

What I find strange about the "petersen & fefer" firm in the 2004 link is that it is "John L. Petersen" while our JP lists "Fefer Petersen" as his firm and is posted in JP's profile as such but not as John L.

Additionally, the Profile on Seeking Alpha lists him as :

"From 2003 to 2007 John served as board chairman and general counsel of Axion Power International (AXPW)"

"board chairman"? if so, he had more authority than he has admitted as having.

DB is trading at Financial Crisis lows.

There is no way Germany will allow it to fail even if all of the debt issued by Volkswagen is held by DB.

    Short interest is almost non-existent.

My concern would center on the safety of its dividend but even there, if DB were to eliminate it, it would probably rally on the perception of an attempt to shore up its core.

Thx for showing it to me.

You are a Liar. Let the web know and recognize your attempts at deceit.

There is nothing in the 8k regarding your claim that the author didn't know what was in it.

In fact you altered it when confronted.

    ""Bottom line:
No default = zero shares go to Noteholder.
Default = 26.3M shares go to Noteholder for zero additional cash."

From "the principal and interest are still due."
    To " zero additional cash."

As far as stalking is concerned, I can provide comments of yours from 2014 to 2015 where you commented rudely on almost everything I said and only stopped when I said I would go to the SA Administrators regarding your stalking and continued rude comments to the only female posting on the Axion blog.

Get over yourself, "I can climb a ladder".

Good, you are able to read. I wasn't sure for a while.

Do you recognize and stand by this:

"Upon reading the 8-k for the $750,000 loan, the terms are worse than the author states. Upon default the lender would receive the 26.3 million shares as a penalty; the principal and interest are still due."

Just an answer, no song and dance, Yes or No?

    Is it true or false?

This is an excerpt related to PSEC.

"To Prospect’s credit, oil and gas investments only make up 3.6% of the company’s portfolio – roughly half the industry average. Gladstone Capital (GLAD) and Pennant Park Investment (PNNT), on the other hand, have 15% and 12% exposure respectively. And investors can’t get away fast enough…"

There was a commentary during the day addressing the situation that the cartel members find themselves in with the price of oil and their own respective budgets.

They can no longer fund them through oil and must resort to other means.

While they do have substantial foreign currency reserves, they will want to keep them as a last resort.

Therefore their Sovereign Wealth Funds come into focus. The Financial Crisis must have been like an open candy shop for them.

I believe these Funds are being used like piggy banks,

If you can't sell what you want to sell, you sell what you can. This translates into the Generals which have retained their value relative to the vast majority.

I was like a deer caught in the headlights.

    EMES went down to $1.97
    HYGS to $5.41

EMES below $2 again I start nibbling
HYGS has broken its H&S top neckline, no nibble point yet

    Was today a selling climax?

I was hoping for a full reversal but the falter at the very end may have been short covering aborted.

The DOW is very oversold and the intra-day lows of 2015 were seen up close and personal.

The jury is still out but am starting to nibble at my now very short fingernails looking for entry points but not in oil.

Personally, I hope B A owns the 3 million refraining shares and takes over the company.

    New technological innovations like this:

This exciting new technology in the energy services industry offers the potential to significantly increase productivity and completion efficiencies in oil and gas wells while improving pump time and well site economics by increased uplift of an expected 25-45%.

will do a number on the old projections on cost of extraction.

Does a 25% increase in production result in a 25% decrease in the price?

Probably not but it should put a shot across the bow of those expecting low pricing to end expansion.

Both WTI and Brent are now below $28.
