Allstate Setting a Dangerous Precedent With Handling of Katrina Claims

It's tough when you have to choose between rooting for tort lawyers or insurance companies --

But in this one I come down with the class action and against Allstate. Their tactic is obvious, particularly when you consider the likelihood of home destruction by high water (lots of homes are repaired after floods) to hurricanes (the structure is likely to be gone).
