Is XsunX Being Manipulated? (XSNX)

XSUNX Corp. is currently trying to build out it's production facilty in Oregon. The current economic climate is making that difficult, but they are further along than the pervious posts would indicate. The Compnay is currently looking to the Federal Govermant as there is stimlus money to help developing Solar Companies. They have reported two contracts worth over $30 million in sales have been signed. I've talked to a person in their CA office, and have had my questions answered quite candidily. If this company makes it, $0.15 as the price is as I write may be quite bargain. (Disclosure: I do own 29,000 shares of XSUNX, bought on the open market OTC:BB)
