The Crosshairs Trader THE CROSSHAIRS TRADER focuses on a simple time tested technical strategy and a disciplined thought process. When used in conjunction, THE CROSSHAIRS TRADER is then armed with the weapons necessary to enter the battlefield. It is my intention to promote trading as a process requiring focused discipline. I will share with you how to become much more than a student of technical analysis. If you are a beginner, you will learn to trade better sooner. If you have been trading for a while, you will learn how to trade more confidently. No matter your current level, you will learn how to enjoy trading without the constant frustration that can so quickly end a trading career before it begins.
THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE CROSSHAIRS
In developing focused discipline, I believe it is important that your edge be simple and easy to explain. For THE CROSSHAIRS TRADER, the edge is based on years of research and includes the following:
Clearly defined rules for entering and exiting a trade before the trade is made.
A visual representation of these rules on my charts. This representation is in the form of a crosshair and it provides the entry and the exit at the same time. No more guessing about when a loss should be taken. The crosshair will let you know if a trade is working or not.
Trading only a few stocks (less than 75) from 10 different sectors in order to become intimate with how these stocks move. It also allows me to take advantage of money rotation from one sector of the market to the next.
Trading options for maximum gain and minimal investment.
Use of military terminology which keeps me focused on the battlefield. Anyone who has traded for any length of time knows full well that there is a battle taking place every day between the bulls and the bears; therefore, it is necessary that you be well prepared and trained for the battles or you will never win the war.
