Stay Away From Charter Communications: Bankruptcy Filing Looming?

Charter Comm is nothing but a fraud. I have been working on a commercial building, and paving is just next week. Charter has cables coming out of the ground, and we have contacted them to see what they want to do with them. We will get to you next week, then the next week, then the next....and it's the PLANT MANAGER for the city. Finally we are now just a few biz days from sheering off Charter Comm equipment (could it be important?) and we still can't get the guy out to check/verify his own equipment. It's a small town, and it a few blocks to the building site. It would take this guy less than 2 mins to say 'do x to fix the problem'. From what I have seen, Charter deserves bankruptcy. It needs to be taken over by a more competent group.
