Retired land developer from California. I specialized in ferreting out increased land value potential by early anticipation of the path of municipal progress. The methodology I used was searching around to discover a municipality's future plans for land entitlement enhancements. I would assemble clues that showed intent for a city to annex new land, put in new water lines to an area, put in new power lines, or build new roads.
