    Good post. Two questions. One, why the sudden drop and why the volume suddenly surged? Two, dividends from Canadian stocks are subject to 15% -- is this merely withheld (thus, reclaimable in filing US tax returns) or is this in-lieu tax for foreign investors (thus, investors have no further rights to the 15% taken away). omooc
