I did a Full DD and research of WSTL recently the company has net tangable assets in excess of 71 Million dollars of witch 44 Million is in cash current market cap is 28 Million this company is selling well below book value making it a value investors dream it is currently in compliance with ALL listing rules as showen in my extensive DD except for the 1$ listing rule but even at 1$ a share with a 54 Million share float that would put the market cap at just 54 Million vs 71 Million+ in net tangable assets this is a value investors dream Benjiman Gramham would be all over this one if he were alive today FULL DD Given
