Retired Navy JAG, now working as an author/inventor. Writings include 60 articles written for the Herald-Mail as Op-Ed pieces during the past three years (Google Robert Gary Herald-Mail to read some). Inventions in progress involve designed building materials, air to ground weapons platforms, standing tables, and modular homes. Education includes graduation from the Naval Justice School in Newport Rhode Island, and from The George Washington University (MBA, 1986), Southwestern University (JD, 1976), and St. John's College, Annapolis, (BA, 1971). Legal career included representation of the veterans from the Nevada Test Site, and in another case the people in the four counties surrounding Three Mile Island. Consulting work provided to the DOD, the NRC, and NCIS. Author of "Cost-Effective Ways to Comply with the New Clean Air Act" (written in 1992 for Client Group One). I had four years of training in mathematics at St. John's. Studied Constitutional Law at Southwestern. Majored in Management Science at GW. Current interests: national policy, energy systems, architectural design, and operations research.
