Chipotle Mexican Grill: A Close Look

My small city of 100,000 people has 2 Chipotles (no Qdobas), which seems about right. They are generally busy but not impossibly so. Since the US has 300 million people, my very rough estimate for domestic expansion of the fast-casual mexican concept (Chipotle, Qdoba, Rubios, and the like) is 6000 restaurants.
