    Very thoughtfully written evaluation. I assumed that the share sale would hit the price although i expected a break below $3.

    I agree with Mark...all the talking heads are talking about is corporate greed and misspending.

    What are the idiots in Congress - both reps & dems going to do with the returned TARP $$$$ ?

    Too bad there isn't an etf for Washington DC bars and escorts...

    It's funny that after GS upgraded X everyone is getting so bullish...everyone except the CEO. There have been a number of bearish articles thoughtfully written on the topic on Seeking Alpha. Only time will tell.

    Looking back on the year one common theme was that companies whose share price reached record levels issued more shares to raise capital - think dendreon and sppi for example. Does Citi feel it's share price can't get any higher? Loading up on puts.....
