  • Can Judge Jackson Impose An Injunction Against Google's Unconfirmed Workaround? [View article]
I may not have an MBA but when I went for my Finance degree, Business Ethics was an ELECTIVE. Ridiculous, and this wasn't that long ago.

  • How Will Judge Jackson Handle Google's Confirmed Workaround?‎ [View article]
Hey I am all for VRNG, but what is stopping the gewgs from posting bond. Peeps say its impossible for USPTO appeal process to finish before the appeal on the this case. Doesn't it really depend what actions JJ takes to decide whether this "workaround" is real? The gewgs will take any delay they can get. More delays equals better chance of USPTO appeals to finish before this case plus appeals will ever finish.

  • Google Cannot Penetrate Vringo's 7th Amendment Armor [View article]
Jheckert, for how cynical and conspiratorial that sounds, many will dismiss it. This is a statist run country and the "oligarchy" has always favored the rich. It has happened in the past, with VRNG though? Who knows.... Pick up Friendly Fascism, came out in 1982.

  • Vringo: '420 Patent Re-Examination And Confusion [View article]
killinme if you want objective reading, read every comment by marpha. KP is the permabull and confident in his DD, I assume he is or was a lawyer. I would like to hear his thoughts on JJ doing a possible "stay". From what I have read, I am no lawyer, a stay is possible but for litigation purposes in this case I have no clue how obtuse that idea is or the possibilities for that matter. In addition killinme, you shouldnt have an issue with Grunewald, he brings supporting cases into his ideas, whether he practices law or not, I commend him for that. Your issue at hand should be the ease of anyone person writing an article for SA which provides cracks in the integrity of this website in general.

Markman is right. Claims were rejected, but it is irrelevant as only 1 claim is needed. VRNG is good to go

does the girl come with the hemp extract? If they did a package like that, that would increase sales and a nice competitive advantage.

You can pick any stock for the same purpose. You had a bad experience with it yourself and if I remember correctly, you were one of the first with absurd expectations on this stock on stwts. Its fascinating one is willing to step aside but keep watching the game. And I hope you aren't equating investors to the likes on stocktwits because that is laughable. Stwts serves several purposes but a forum of common sense is minute. Modernist is one pretentious dude but he hit it on the nail of the specific censorship on STWTs that creates a false sense of momentum. A group herd menatility, if you will. Overall its interesting you decided to take yourself out of the game but seemingly have put even more time into the research of this litigation. Cheers

Dilution should happen after some gains in litigation that correspond to the stock price. If they hit any bumps in the road and need dilution before that, its going to be one loooooooong bumpy ride to see any big gains.

  • Google Claims To Have Defeated Vringo Search Patents [View article]
I am long, but I am 85 percent sure JJ will allow a delay for Google. People have been saying Google is making a mockery of the court. JJ sure doesnt seem to care. I would be shocked to see JJ not allow it.

  • Google Claims To Have Defeated Vringo Search Patents [View article]
marpha, I have thought the same about making it as painful as possible, some have stated that they must do what is in the best interest of the shareholders by not allowing a treble damage payoff. As a settlement, or RR in somewhere in the middle would be the most fiduciary move with VRNG. But what if all the chairmen, etc, believe milking this VRNG litigation is the best move to prevent other trolls to come after google. The goog's, very well could be looking at denying VRNG for as long as possible, as a cumulative effect to prevent more trolls coming after them. Who knows though...,

  • Vringo May Be Vetting A Buyer [View article]
do appeals lead to a correction in stock price? If the Judge rules for VRNG positively, and an immediated appeal by Googs, does that stop the short squeeze immediately or only if Goog wins an appeals case?
