I try to keep up with everything going on with this case but I hear different things and decided to just let it play out. So one of the things I am not sure on. Goog already lost what does a patent reexam do? If they are nullified does that nullify future royalties? Is that what this is? But as exprt said this case will be done before the uspto is done. So what is the point? Is goog hoping this answer is given before appeal time is up?

indiana, where is this in litigation, i saw what was supposedly the legal documents but were they ever filed? The fed can manipulate its way as long as it wants. I use to be gung ho silver, but now i just have my bullion stored for longterm. The way it is manipulated I dont see precious metals doing much until the fed decides to raise interest rates again.

The DOJ sure hasn't been transparent during Obama's presidency. Relying solely on JJ here while the googs was one of Obama's biggest donators is definitely a concern. Don't see how one little ole judge could get in the way of goog's agenda.

Niners, I have watched Dan's videos. I actually think he is trying to do things for the greater good regarding human genes, monsanto etc. If people know what they are investing in there should be no reason to get riled up on an opposing view. What is Dan's true intent here on VRNG? We can all make educated guesses but no one knows except him. I don't believe in coincidences either, much can happen behind the scenes, the fact that Dan has had relations with Google and now spouting his legal knowledge on an investment site should raise concerns here.
