  • The World Has Changed But Policy-Makers Have Not [View article]
I'm sure we get the 70ish year rule as do the chinese to own land. The TPP gives everyone a 1000 shares invested in the US Federal Reserve IPO.

  • Vringo plans to file "comprehensive sanctions motion" against ZTE [View news story]
What happen to the lawyers that use to comment? Even if tomorrow a billion dollar sanction was applied to ZTE, that is NOT the end game. That would provide a great trading opportunity but what would ZTE's options be for stalling, etc. I also wonder what price the insiders are drooling to sell at, as about 5.2 was that ceiling in the past.

  • Walter Energy confirms Chapter 11 filing [View news story]
Anyone buying coal for a turn around was completely delusional. Not all, but some sectors are dictated by the govt. Coal wasn't going anywhere. Look at cheniere energy, completely debt ridden but has gone from 3 dollars to 70. Follow policy and sentiment and long term fundamentals. Could coal make a come back?, maybe, but only and if when africa is industrialized and they need as much coal as possible.

  • Vringo +15.7%; company demands ZTE produce all "responsive documents" [View news story]
You say zte is toast and then use the word allegedly, only an EXIGUOUS amount of dollars has been pocketed by VRNG. While ZTE protocol may appear to be egregious, all that matters is the final result which is at an unknown time. While some have been preaching "everything is right around the corner", I miss Mr. Berger's rational negation of the horny longs.

  • China's Gold Reserves: A Strong Dose Of Reality [View article]
He directly questioned you about China investments. And you deflect by saying you lived there.... Thanks for that. Yes living somewhere qualifies that person immediately to understand their investment fundamentals. This article starts with the false premise of negating gold investors by misguided investors in the first place. Part three is really all you need from this article. For pontificating constantly with "logic" you sure have issues of your own, especially with deflecting. But hey remember guys, this is the dude that wants you to lower your standards and have gratitude that you don't live in Zaire. Way to keep setting the bar lower. I do appreciate the entertainment you provide defending yourself with Atlas Shrugged scientist logic.

  • MannKind: A Company To Watch Closely [View article]
I have issues with seekingalpha continuing to allow articles like this. This same junk has all been talked about and written about many many times. I'm guessing if people click, that is just more revenue for SA anyways. So why NOT allow the article. SA is pretty much 90 percent phony, but they can get away with it because a monkey throwing darts for stock picks has as much validation as most articles. There is very little needed to validate a weak premise which is sufficient for SA. I guess they think the rest goes to PRO. LOL, PRO has utter garbage as well.

  • U.S. Payrolls In May Deliver A Hefty Upside Suprise [View article]
My grandfather made 15 grand a year. They didn't know what to do with all the money they had. Today that same job pays 37 grand a year. Not saying that I believe in minimum wage, but this country is NOT even close to a free market, if the govt is going to be involved, it needs to be managed properly. Minimum wage based off of inflation today should be over 20 dollars an hour. Some kid today that went to school, went in debt, and comes out with a 50 grand a year job is behind the minimum wage workers from 40 years ago. "working hard and getting an education to do what you can for yourself and your family" has become a great mantra today. Propaganda is a beautiful thing. If there is going to be a minimum wage it needs to be increased each year via inflation rates. Most non minimum wage jobs don't do that. It's obvious corps, etc make more money with an arbitrary minimum wage that rarely changes. To demand almost a double in minimum messes with current economies, it should be scaled every single year.
