I think a lot of people are assuming that 500MW is the CAP of how much they subsidy in the near future. However, if you are fluent in Chinese and have read the document in Chinese, then you will realize that 500MW is only the BEGINNING. It states that "no less than 500MW of solar projects will be subsidized"
I thought this should clear up a lot of confusion.

I woudnt call JASO "the little guy". They are one of the largest solar cell producers in the world and underpriced relative its peers. But I do agree that they have one of the best management teams out there, just take a look at their balance sheet.
