There is also the generally very positive report on uk.reuters.com/article... of the results of surveys of 49 major investment houses in the United States, Japan, continental Europe and Britain.
But the major unknown factor is geo-political upheaval - like Israel attacking Iran [looking increasingly likely]. In such a case, oil would go far higher.

But this growth surely is contingent upon the em small caps themselves maintaining an upward trend? After all, em small caps AND world equity markets could both be heading south, while the ratio is still increasing. And at present, EWX appears to have entered a sideways phase.

The stock price fell 14% and the slide continues today. The stock price correlates very well with POT.
