    Talking to the Chinese? Dude. The PWI fiasco is the last sell off that is going to happen in the natural resources. Cowboy Harper played MBA this one last time, however new regulations are being written as we blog. NO more Arabs, Chinese or Indians with monopoly dollars going to buy anything in Canada that Canadians want themselves. As to whether BQI is cheap, I do not know, however do not bet on a takeover premium.
