The salvation is when ethanol can be cheaply produced from things other than corn (i.e. the corn husk and other previously discarded material.) The ethanol from corn mandate was too specific and technically easy. At least part of the infrastructure is now in place.

Whether it is "good" or not to have TEVA such a large component, it is not atypical. EWZ is made of ~25% RIO and ~25% PBR. EWW is ~25% AMX, for example.
I agree that panic overcomes homework every time. I spend more time studying how to set stop loss orders, because I guess to be on par with a "professional" instead of behaving like an "amateur" you have to protect against loss always, then gain profit occasionally.

I appreciate the statistics, but "Overbought" shouldn't be advice, but an adjective. Driving "too fast" is not a guarantee of a ticket or an accident, it simply increases the risk somewhat... maybe.
Error: ethanol is extremely soluble in water. Go to a bar and order "scotch & water"; it does not separate into two layers.
Since ethanol absorbs water it enhances rust everywhere it travels. Gasoline does not absorb water, so wherever the water accumulates, it can be drained from the bottoms, hence not allowing rust.
Aside from the pipeline corrosion issue, the greater technical issue not generally known is that should ethanol enter the pipeline system and cause rust or sediments, it potentially contaminates jet fuels which also travel in the same pipelines. Failing fuel quality tests or worse, risk of planes dropping out of the sky due to plugged fuel systems, is what prevents ethanol in the pipeline system.
