  • Can Tesla Beat The Times? [View article]
The actual performance of the car doesn't seem to matter to a lot of people, but politics around the car does, but what Top Gear did was completely dishonest, once battery tech gets a little better and the range increases another 150 miles there will be no stopping them.

  • Why China Cannot Be Apple's No.1 Market [View article]
The Chinese government (China Mobile one in the same) is trying thru public attacks of Apple to get them to make a deal for cheaper phones to China Mobile, if Apple gives in it means the start of constant attacks (bitching) in other countries on why can't we have that cheaper phone too? Whining that will never stop worldwide. Apple should not give in.

  • Apple: This Is Ridiculous [View article]
Google isn't the same they have succeeded in giving the Illusion of being the same as Apple in some ways but they aren't even close, no profit on anything other than Ads, most of what you listed doesn't make money and will never make money it is just a facade of innovation, but it works on Wall Street until it doesn't, just like Amazon and Netflix.

  • Apple's A8 -- What It Will Be And Why It Matters [View article]
Nice Article, I think the A8 (2-core) will be close to desktop class but the A9 (2-core) in 2015 will be desktop class. Samsung on the other hand has no OS and therefore can't take full advantage of a 64 bit cpu even if they manage to come up one.

What will be more interesting to see is, when Apple does release that desktop class mobile cpu, is how close are OS X and iOS really for development purposes. In short how much of OS X was ported over to iOS.
