Does Share Dilution Warrant Concern For Ford Investors?
Adam, thanks for this post. I don't trade F based on fundamentals, but have traded the warrants against the common quite a bit over the past few years.
You're dead on in your dilution analysis, and the fact that this expiration is really a buyback. It's an interesting, and somewhat unusual expiration, because normally the company with the expiring warrants likes to get the cash from the expiration.
I have a site that focuses on warrants, not F warrants (FWS) in particular, but I've been posting about the normal pattern of a warrant expiration and the unusual nature of the F expiration over the past week or so.
