  • The Most Promising Oil And Natural Gas Company You've Never Heard Of ... For A Good Reason [View instapost]
Always hard to know. Biggest issue is that the amount of convertible debt and therefor the growth in the OS is unknow. However presently this play has a market cap of 600k and if they dilute to the Max 1 Billion AS it was it will still only be 2 million.

Unlike many plays the assets here are real and have potential. It wouldn't take exceptional results from the reworked wells to provide revenue to more than justify a higher market cap. Add in the potential of the Bakken shale deal and todays prices provide a very solid risk to reward play.

Will be interesting if this article provides a bounce in the price or more buyers for the convertible debt holders to dump into.

The uses for Niobium beyond steel are being developed rapidly. The usage in steel continues to grow as well. Niobium seemingly has potential for a very bright future.

While there is significant supply out of Brazil the growth potential has the ability to decrease expected mine life significantly as demand continues to grow, let alone any supply disruptions from Brazil.

There is also some long term supply concerns due to the purchase of 15% positions in the number one (by far) supplier CBMM. A Japanese and South Korean group and an second by a Chinese group for 2 billion each. Seemingly points to the potential of others to be left out of a dwindling supply at CBMM over time.

There are several different projects around the globe for new Niobium mines. They are mostly in the same stage give or take. Its a matter of which one(s) can secure the capital necessary to complete feasibility and get through mine construction.

There will be additional suppliers emerging and those suppliers will likely be financed by end user groups whom are concerned about securing their own supplies, which supplier is the question.
