    It is usual to sign longterm contracts in car industrie. Suppliers know the major plans of the car manufactures. They are belonging to their supply chain. VW or Audi only work with trustable suppliers. I don't think you have knowledge about automotive industrie.

    @Richard,

    it tooks 1 hour to get an answer, if you have further question, or misunderstanding:
    ----------------------...

    Hi Ralf,

    Thanks for your attention. Here is the answer to your question:

    We assigned these agreements on Christmas Day for the convenience of contract execution with our distributors.

    Every December, automakers release their production plan for the next year, and based on those, auto parts will determine their corresponding outputs as well as inputs. Then, the distributors in turn collect annual order demands from auto parts companies and sign contracts with us for the orders they have secured. You can see that this is really a back-to-back contract signing from auto makers with auto parts, auto parts with distributors and distributors with us.
    Also, those are only our annual contract. Throughout the year, we have new contracts and supplementary orders.
    Lastly, we don’t get Christmas break in China as in the Western countries.

    As expressed in our earlier press release, China XD’s shareholder value is a top concern. Please be assured that we are taking every suggestion seriously, and are having intensive discussions around all possible solutions. Any more questions, please feel free to email me.

    Best regards,

    ----------------------...

    Yes , in the same way japanese car makers start at the beginning of the seventeeth. Copying, improving and making tons of money.
    But this time US investors don't want to share their success and profits.

    ON US GAAP a company, like Agria (NYSE:GRO) can report viaUS GAAP the full 100% revenue but owns only 51% of a subsidary (PGW). I think there are a lot of difference between all these accounting standards. And chinese companies don't have to report in China with IFRS.

    I have just received an email from the CFO, answering my questions. And i have received an email from him in February , because of a question regarding the bonds.
