You missed some of the biggest problems with MSTR. First they got caught cheating in their accounting several years ago. The stock price dropped from around 3000 (accounting for a reverse split) yes that three thousand, to todays 45. The leader of the company back then was the same Mr. Saylor as today. Not a man you would trust with you money. They also stopped holding conference calls about results several years ago. There is basically no insight into the company via analysts. Because Saylor, who has in the past compared himself to Mother Theresa and even proclaimed that people could die if some government agencies didn't buy his software, just doesn't like the analysts asking tough questions. Before you consider putting money into MSTR you need to consider it pedigree. And its pedigree will tell you its clearly a dog.
